1) FREE TEN DAY DEMAND
We are so confident in the abilities of our staff that we are proud to offer our FREE TEN DAY DEMAND service. We contact the debtor using our letterhead and advise the debtor on our client's behalf that we will become involved in the collection process if the debt is not paid within 10 days. If the debtor pays, there is absolutely no fee or charge to our client. Our only request is that if no payment is made within ten days, the debtor is placed for collection on the eleventh day with Stevens & James, Inc.


2) FREE DEBTOR DATABASE SEARCH
With our ever-expanding database of thousands of debtors, we can search our database to determine if a particular debtor has ever been placed with us for collection in the past. By simply making a phone request, our clients can receive a Current Credit Overview of a particular company. Stevens & James, Inc. will utilize our overall corporate database of millions of companies for any negative feedback or collection inquiries. We offer this service at no charge to our clients.
